JOB OVERVIEW

SALARY: $600–$1,000/month (based on experience) + 13th month + paid time off
HOURS: 48 hrs/week, Monday–Saturday
SCHEDULE:PH time, e.g. 9 AM – 6 PM PH time OR overlap with US hours]
TYPE: Home-based, full-time employee (not freelance)

We're a Washington State real estate marketing team producing high-quality listing videos, agent branding content, and social media reels for top-producing agents. We're growing fast and looking to bring on a skilled video editor to join our in-house team long-term — not a one-off project. If you're looking for a stable role with a team that will invest in you, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Edit 3–6 real estate listing videos per week (Cinematic, High-end and some Fast Paced as well)
Produce short-form social content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Color grade footage for a consistent, premium look
Sync edits to music with strong pacing and rhythm
Add motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and branded intros/outros
Handle agent branding videos and testimonial edits
Organize project files and maintain our footage library
Communicate with our team daily via Slack and ----------

REQUIRED SKILLS

2+ years editing real estate, luxury lifestyle, or travel content (please show examples)
Expert in Final Cut Pro (bonus if you have Motion VFX and Topaz AI)
Excellent eye for pacing, music selection, and visual storytelling
Experience with drone footage, gimbal stabilization fixes, and interior color correction
Reliable high-speed internet (at least 25 Mbps) and a computer that handles 4K editing
Great written English and responsive communication
Available to work Monday–Saturday and start immediately

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with ---------- review workflows
Familiarity with US real estate (MLS, listing terminology)
