JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are a fast-growing real estate media company focused on delivering high-quality, story-driven content for real estate agents, builders, and brands. We are looking for a full-time remote video editor who can consistently produce polished, engaging video content.

This is a production-focused role. You will be editing daily and expected to maintain both speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit premium real estate listing videos (cinematic, MLS, luxury walkthroughs)
- Edit talking-head content and social media reels (short-form, vertical content)
- Apply strong storytelling to improve engagement and flow
- Perform sound design (music selection, leveling, SFX)
- Color correct and grade footage for a consistent, professional look
- Use MotionVFX for titles, transitions, and overlays
- Follow internal SOPs and brand standards
- Organize project files and maintain clean workflows
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and implement feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro (required)
- Experience using MotionVFX plugins
- Strong understanding of:
- Story pacing and structure
- Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Solid audio editing and sound design skills
- High attention to detail
- Reliable internet for large file transfers
- Ability to work 40 hours per week consistently
- Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience editing real estate content
- Familiarity with ---------- , Dropbox, or similar tools
- Experience working with remote teams

Compensation:
- Hourly pay (based on experience and skill level)
- Long-term, consistent workload for the right candidate
