Position Details
Position: Real Estate Video Editor
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Pay: $7-$9 USD per hour (based on experience and skill level)
Software Requirement: Final Cut Pro (Non-Negotiable)

Schedule
This is a full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Some weeks may have a heavier editing workload, while others may be lighter. Regardless of the number of videos assigned, you will be paid for 40 hours per week.
You must be available to attend our weekly tea ---------- eting every Wednesday at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (EST/EDT).

Responsibilities
Edit real estate property videos for agents and brokers
Create engaging, polished, and professional video content
Color correct and enhance footage
Add music, transitions, graphics, and motion elements when appropriate
Deliver projects on time and communicate proactively
Collaborate with our team to maintain a consistent brand style
Use AI tools and creative workflows when appropriate
Requirements

Required
Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro (non-negotiable)
Fast and reliable internet connection
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred
Real estate video editing experience
Experience editing luxury or premium property videos
Experience using Higgsfield AI
Motion graphics experience
Color grading experience
