JOB OVERVIEW

REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (LEAD GENERATION | CRM | SOCIAL MEDIA)

I’m a real estate agent based in Georgia, USA, looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow my business.

This is a long-term opportunity. You will start part-time and move into full-time based on your performance and results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead Generation (Daily)

Research expired listings, FSBOs, and new leads
Organize and clean data
Upload and tag leads in Lofty CRM
Set follow-ups and notes

CRM Management

Keep database organized and updated
Track lead status (hot/warm/cold)
Make sure every lead has notes and follow-ups
Keep pipeline clean

Social Media

Create simple posts using Canva templates (graphics + captions)
Repurpose the same content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Schedule daily posts
Write basic captions and simple hashtags
Use templates or basic tools (like CapCut) for short-form videos (no advanced editing required)
Promote listings, events, and real estate content

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working with real estate agents (preferred)
Familiar with CRMs (Lofty, KVCore, Follow Up Boss, or similar)
Strong English (written and basic speaking)
Canva experience
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Stable internet connection

BONUS SKILLS (PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED):

Cold calling or texting experience
Experience with expired or FSBO leads
Knowledge of U.S. real estate

GROWTH & BONUS OPPORTUNITY:
This role is designed to grow. You will start part-time, but there is a strong opportunity to move into full-time based on performance.

Performance-based bonuses are available for consistency, quality of work, and leads that result in appointments or closed real estate transactions.
