Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Opportunity
We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company expanding nationwide, and we’re looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant who can wear two important hats:
GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert – to build, optimize, and maintain our CRM workflows
Acquisitions Specialist – to speak with motivated sellers, run comps, and help lock up deals

What You’ll Be Doing
???? GHL / Automation Side:
Build and optimize workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Create and manage pipelines, triggers, and automations
Set up SMS/email follow-up sequences
Troubleshoot and maintain CRM systems
Improve lead conversion through automation and tracking
???? Acquisitions / Sales Side:
Speak with motivated sellers (inbound + outbound)
Build rapport and handle objections confidently
Run basic property comps (we will train if needed)
Present offers and negotiate deals
Accurately update CRM notes and pipeline stages
Who We’re Looking For:
? Strong GHL experience (this is NOT optional)
? Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, conversational)
? Sales mindset – comfortable talking to strangers and closing deals
? Experience in real estate (wholesaling or similar) is a BIG plus
? Thick-skinned, coachable, and open to feedback
? Resourceful – you figure things out, not wait for instructions
? Organized and detail-oriented

Compensation
