Position Overview
The Real Estate & Executive Personal Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing business operations, personal tasks, and client relations. This individual must be tech-savvy, highly organized, a fast learner, and capable of working independently while supporting multiple projects. You will be expected to handle advanced CRM functions, marketing tasks, video editing, scheduling, and more—always with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
• CRM & Automation Management:
• Expert-level use of Go High-Level to manage leads, pipelines, and automated workflows.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems for client follow-ups, campaigns, and marketing automations.
• Real Estate Operations:
• Work with real estate software (MLS, DocuSign Dotloop, etc.).
• Handle property listings and buyers transactions , data entry, document preparation, and compliance tracking.
• Organize and maintain real estate calendars, showing schedules, and closing timelines.
• Marketing & Media:
• Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
• Edit videos for property listings, social media, and brand promotion.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage executive schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and deadlines.
• Maintain and organize files, both digital and physical.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and referral networks (including Referral Exchange).

Qualifications
• Required Skills & Experience:
• Expert in Go High-Level CRM and automations.
• Proficient in real estate transaction management software.
• Advanced skills in social media management, video editing, and graphic design
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
• Personal Attributes:
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to take on varied tasks as business needs change.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a real estate office or supporting a real estate professional.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and reporting.
• Familiarity with short-term rental management or commercial real estate processes.
