JOB OVERVIEW

**About Us**

**Key Responsibilities**
-Provide administrative support for rehab and procurement
-Coordinate contractor schedules, site visits, inspections, and project-related meetings.
-Assist with requesting, organizing, and comparing vendor bids, estimates, invoices, and scopes of work.
-Track material selections, orders, deliveries, lead times, and out-of-stock items.
-Conduct vendor, supplier, material, and property research.
-Maintain rehab trackers, procurement trackers, project timelines, and property pipelines.
-Organize property files, contracts, bids, invoices, receipts, photos, reports, and project documents in Google drive.
-Follow-up with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and internal tea ---------- mbers to keep projects moving.
-Handle general admin and ad hoc tasks

**Qualifications**
-Prior experience as a real estate admin/VA for a US-based investing company (preferred, but not required)
-Familiarity with rehab, renovation, construction, or investing company.
-Experience requesting, tracking, and comparing bids, estimates, invoices, material orders, and deliveries is a plus.
-Familiarity with California real estate workflows preferred
-Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
-Ability to communicate professionally with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal tea ---------- mbers.
-Must be proactive, resourceful, and able to follow-up consistently until tasks are completed.

**Work Requirements**
-Hardline internet (50 Mbps+ with backup)
-Reliable computer and quiet home workspace

**Compensation & Benefits**
-$5/hour, based on experience
-Bi-weekly pay + 13th Month Pay
