JOB OVERVIEW

The Templeton Real Estate Group has been in business for over 16 years, and our goal is for this to be a long-term, stable role. Our first virtual tea ---------- mber has been with us for 4+ years and is still going strong — that's the kind of relationship we're looking to build again.

We're looking for someone who has done real estate transaction coordination for a US-based real estate sales team, because we need someone who genuinely understands the home buying and home selling processes. We're primarily based in Texas, and we also sell properties in New Mexico.

We want you to already have experience in residential real estate transactions — but we also love to train our tea ---------- mbers via Loom videos, Zoo ---------- etings, Slack threads, and more. You'll be walked through our expectations, process, CRM, and software systems. We use Brivity for both our CRM and transaction management, alongside Asana, Google Suite, Slack, Authentisign (LoneWolf), and Quo.

The schedule:

We're looking for someone with flexible hours and days. The role will include some evening and weekend coverage to complement our existing tea ---------- mber (who covers standard daytime hours), and we'll finalize the exact schedule together with the right candidate. Total time is approximately 30–45 hours per week.

Requirements
-Real estate experience required — proven transaction coordination experience with a US-based real estate team
-TREC / Texas real estate experience strongly preferred
-Strong written and spoken English
-A reliable computer and stable high-speed internet, with a backup internet/power plan
-A quiet space suitable for calls
-Familiarity with Brivity is a big plus (we'll train the rest)
