JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to help U.S. real estate agents manage deals from contract to close.

Responsibilities:
- Manage transaction timelines from executed contract through closing
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and co-op agents
- Prepare, send, and track disclosures, addendums, and compliance documents
- Keep the CRM and transaction checklists updated daily
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and closings
- Send regular status updates to clients and agents

Requirements:
- 1+ years experience as a Transaction Coordinator for U.S. real estate (required)
- Experience with DocuSign, Dotloop, SkySlope, or similar
- Strong written and spoken English
- Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Reliable computer and fast internet
