JOB OVERVIEW

**Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to support a fast-paced real estate organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Manage transactions from executed contract through closing
* Coordinate communication between agents, clients, title companies, lenders, and vendors
* Track and manage all contractual deadlines and contingencies
* Maintain complete and compliant transaction files
* Update CRM systems and transaction management platforms
* Provide regular status updates on active transactions
* Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed

**Qualifications**

* Previous transaction coordination experience preferred
* Experience working with U.S. real estate teams is a plus
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
* Experience with Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, SkySlope, DocuSign, or similar real estate software preferred
