The Real Estate Transaction Assistant will execute and oversee all of the administrative tasks that happen from the point of receiving new listing paperwork until a purchase agreement is accepted and all the way until close of escrow. They will be handling paperwork, ensuring Docusign signatures, setting up spreadsheets, updating the CRM, and coordinating repairs on properties for sale.
The successful candidate has a proven track record of:
- 2+ years experience as an Administrator in a real estate business - a Team, Brokerage, Mortgage Office, Title Office, Attorney’s Office, etc.
- Working well in a busy real estate environment.
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of technology, CRM’s, G-Suite, Real Estate Documents, Planning/creating video content, Social Media, etc.
- Being proficient with details and moving at a fast pace.
- Learning through experience and taking feedback well.
- Making order out of chaos.
