JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced real estate texting and lead nurturing specialist to join our team in what we hope will become a long-term role. You must have previous experience with real estate texting, lead nurturing, acquisitions, wholesaling, or a similar field. Experience with SmarterContact or similar texting/CRM software is necessary.

You will be responsible for communicating with property owners through text, responding to incoming seller leads via text or call, asking basic qualifying questions, identifying sellers who are genuinely interested in selling, and nurturing those conversations until they are ready to move forward. You will also be responsible for keeping our CRM organized, applying the appropriate labels, and making sure qualified opportunities are properly documented and passed along to our acquisitions team.

This is a very straightforward role. Your primary goal is to have quality conversations with sellers, identify motivated and qualified leads, consistently follow up, and help turn conversations into real acquisition opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced with SmarterContact or similar texting/CRM software
• Experienced in real estate texting, lead nurturing, acquisitions, or wholesaling
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with property owners through text and answering incoming calls
• Able to have natural conversations rather than simply sending scripted responses
• Experienced with following up and nurturing leads over time
• Organized and able to properly manage a high volume of conversations
• Reliable, consistent, hardworking, and an effective communicator with sellers and boss.
• Able to identify when a seller is genuinely interested and ready for an offer
• Comfortable working independently and following established processes
• Available to work 40 hours per week
