We are seeking an experienced Real Estate TC Administrator who can operate as a generalist and support multiple operational areas within a small real estate team. This role will work closely with a US-based in-house Transaction Coordinator while also assisting with administrative, marketing, and operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
This position includes transaction coordination support, drafting offers, scheduling showings, maintaining the CRM database, preparing weekly seller marketing reports, and assisting with client communication and team operations. Additional responsibilities may include booking travel, organizing client appreciation events, preparing newsletters, and documenting internal SOPs.
This is a dynamic role best suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
