Hi,

We’re a Singapore-based real estate team looking for a high-level Social Media Manager who knows how to grow accounts from 0 to 100K followers and turn content into real leads and sales.

This is not a basic posting role.
We want someone who understands strategy, virality, AI content, and conversion.

## What We’re Looking For

We need someone who:

* Has proven experience growing accounts (0 to 50K / 100K)
* Understands lead generation through content
* Has experience (or is willing to learn) AI-generated home tour videos
* Is familiar with multi-platform growth strategies

## Platforms You Must Be Familiar With

You should be comfortable working across:

* Facebook
* Instagram
* TikTok
* YouTube (Shorts and long-form)
* Redbook (Xiaohongshu ???)
* Lemon8
* Bonus: any emerging or niche platforms

We are especially interested in candidates who understand how content differs across Western and Chinese platforms.

## Your Role

### Content Strategy and Growth

* Plan and execute content to grow accounts to 100K+ followers
* Create viral-style content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Adapt content for different platforms (Instagram vs Xiaohongshu vs TikTok)

### Real Estate Content

* Create engaging property content and home tours
* Use or experiment with AI tools for video creation
* Turn listings into high-performing content

### Lead Generation

* Drive inbound leads (DMs, WhatsApp, forms)
* Optimize content for conversion, not just views
* Work with the sales team to improve lead quality

### Optimization

* Track performance (views, engagement, leads)
* Improve content strategy weekly
* Suggest new ideas, tools, and growth strategies

## Requirements

* Proven social media growth experience (required)
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms

* Familiar with AI tools (or willing to learn quickly)
* Understands content to leads to sales funnel

Experience in real estate or Chinese platforms (Xiaohongshu) is a strong advantage.
