Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Acquisition VA to support our real estate investment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential sellers, assessing their needs, and working through the acquisition process. This is a full-time, remote position that demands strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with potential sellers.
- Assess the needs and motivations of property owners.
- Create and present offers based on property analysis and company goals.
- Maintain detailed records of each negotiation and transaction in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the Lead Generation VA to ensure high-quality leads are followed up on promptly.
- Keep track of all active leads and deals, ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Negotiate purchase prices and close deals according to company standards.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather testimonials.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and deals.
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions.
- Ability to manage rejection and stay motivated.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate valuation techniques.
- Experience using property analysis tools (e.g., PropStream).
- Prior experience working with virtual teams.
