JOB OVERVIEW

Hey Future employees!
My name is Julian and I am the founder of Skyline RAI Holdings LLC, a real estate investing company focused on acquiring off-market and underperforming properties in California. We are growing fast and need a sharp, motivated Disposition Manager to build and maintain our investor buyer network.

Your job is simple: cold call real estate investors, build genuine relationships, understand what they buy, and make sure we always have the right buyer ready when we get a property under contract. This is a relationship-building role, not a transaction role.

What You Will Do:

- Cold call real estate investors in the Bay Area and San Diego markets
- Identify investor buying criteria — areas, property types, price ranges, condition
- Build and maintain a strong investor database (our buyer's list)
- Follow up consistently to keep relationships warm
- Present properties to investors when we have deals under contract
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and text
- Report daily activity and results to the owner

Who We Are Looking For:

- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable making 50+ cold calls per day
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized — can manage a large contact list without dropping the ball
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, or cold calling preferred
- Knowledge of real estate investing terms is a plus (ARV, wholesale, fix & flip)
- Reliable internet connection and available during US business hours

Compensation/Schedule:

Monday-Friday 10am-4pm PST
$7/hr base pay
$250 flat fee commission on every deal we successfully close together
