JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities
• Research businesses within specified property radiuses to identify prospective tenants or buyers using Crexi and CoStar/LoopNet.

Identify and verify key decision-makers and gather their names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Conduct email outreach using existing templates and maintain accurate prospecting and client activity records.
Update HubSpot CRM with confirmed prospect and decision-maker contact information.

Requirements
• Required: Experience or familiarity with Crexi and CoStar/LoopNet.
• Strong research, lead generation, and prospecting skills with the ability to identify relevant businesses and decision-makers.
• Proficiency in AI tools, Google Sheets/Excel, email outreach, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Strong attention to detail, written English communication skills, and the ability to work independently for approximately 5 hours per week.
