JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to research and compile off-market real estate leads for our real estate investing business.
Responsibilities:
Search public records, county assessor sites, and other tools (Zillow, Redfin, PropStream, etc.) to identify potential off-market/distressed properties (pre-foreclosure, vacant, tax delinquent, absentee owners, etc.)
Compile property details into a structured document/spreadsheet including: owner name, mailing address, property address, estimated value, property condition notes, tax info, and contact info (phone/email via skip tracing tools)
Organize and update lead lists daily/weekly in Google Sheets or CRM
Flag high-priority leads based on criteria we provide
Requirements:
Experience with real estate data/lead research (wholesaling experience a big plus)
Familiarity with skip tracing tools (BatchSkipTracing, PropStream, etc.) or willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and organization
Good written English for documentation
Reliable internet and computer
REQ: 1 WEEK OF $3/hr work, till fully hired at $5/hr, once proven that one can uphold job.
REQ: 2+ years of Real estate data/lead research
