About Us

We are a real estate photography company based in Florida, USA. We have been in business for nearly 2 years and currently complete an average of 40–60 real estate photography shoots per month.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Photography Quality Control & Editing Assistant (Part-Time) to review completed photos from our photo editors and ensure every image meets our quality standards before delivery to clients.



Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibility will be reviewing real estate photos and making final quality checks. Tasks include:

Review edited real estate photos for quality and consistency
Adjust brightness
Ensure wall colors, floors, and other surfaces look accurate and natural
Check that furniture, decorations, and objects have correct colors
Identify and fix small distractions in images, such as:
Wires/cables
Trash cans
Small clutter
Unwanted objects
Other distracting items
Make small Photoshop edits to improve the overall image
Ensure photos are clean, professional, and ready for client delivery



Requirements

Experience with Adobe Photoshop (required)
Experience with Lightroom (required)
Experience with real estate photography editing
Strong attention to detail and good visual judgment
Understanding of natural colors and realistic photo editing
Reliable internet connection



Work Schedule

Part-time position
Approximately 2–5 hours per day
Work hours will typically be 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Philippines Time (PHT), Tuesday through Sunday.
Workload depends on the number of shoots completed
Each property usually takes around 1 hour to complete quality control (some may take less, some more)



Pay

You will be paid $6.50 USD for each shoot that you complete quality control on.
Each shoot typically takes around 1 hour to review and complete, but some shoots may take less or more time depending on the number of photos and required corrections.
