ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a growing real estate company looking for a results-driven Digital Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will take full ownership of our paid advertising campaigns — from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting — with a clear focus on generating qualified leads and maximizing return on ad spend.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Plan, launch, and optimize Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns targeting real estate buyers and sellers
-Build and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including lead generation, brand awareness, and listing promotion
-Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and warm audiences
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools
-Provide regular performance reports with clear insights, key metrics, and actionable recommendations
-Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve results
-Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Skills & Experience:
-Proven experience running Google PPC campaigns (Search, Display, and/or Performance Max)
-Hands-on expertise with Facebook and Instagram Ads — including campaign setup, audience targeting, and creative testing
-Strong understanding of retargeting strategies (pixel setup, custom audiences, lookalike audiences)
-Proficiency with analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager
-Ability to track, interpret, and act on data — not just report it

Nice to Have:
-Prior experience in real estate advertising or lead generation
-Experience with CRM integrations and lead tracking workflows
-Knowledge of landing page best practices and conversion optimization

ROLE DETAILS
Type: Part-Time (Remote)
Hours: Flexible, approx. 15–20 hrs/week (with potential to grow)
Communication: Regular check-ins via Zoom or messaging platform
Reporting: Weekly performance summaries required
