JOB OVERVIEW

# Real Estate Outbound Caller / VA – U.S. Listing Agents

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a **part-time outbound caller / Virtual Assistant with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position**.

You will contact real estate agents about residential properties currently listed for sale.

**This is NOT traditional homeowner cold calling.** We provide the property list and listing-agent contact information. You will call professional U.S. real estate agents to determine whether their sellers may be open to an investor purchase or flexible/creative terms.

## Responsibilities

* Make approximately **80–100 outbound calls per day when working full-time**, with proportional targets for part-time hours
* Call U.S. real estate listing agents from lists we provide
* Follow our call script while speaking naturally and professionally
* Ask questions to determine seller motivation and flexibility
* Determine whether the seller may consider:

* Investor offers
* Negotiating price
* Seller financing or flexible terms
* Other creative purchase structures
* Enter detailed notes after every call into ** ---------- **
* Schedule and complete follow-up calls
* Flag interested or potentially motivated sellers for the investor to personally follow up with
* Use our business phone system for calls

**You will NOT negotiate deals or make offers.** Your job is to start the conversation, gather information, and identify opportunities.

## Requirements

* **Excellent spoken English**
* Must be **easily understood by U.S.-based real estate agents**
* Natural, confident, conversational phone manner
* Excellent listening skills
* Comfortable speaking with U.S. Realtors and other professionals
* Previous U.S. outbound calling experience preferred
* U.S. real estate calling experience is a strong plus
* Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls
* Organized and able to take accurate CRM notes
* Reliable high-speed internet
* Good-quality headset
* Quiet working environment
* Reliable attendance
* Able to work during **U.S. Eastern Time business hours**

## Compensation

**$4–$6 USD/hour**, depending on experience, spoken English, and performance.

**Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term position for the right person.**
