Real Estate Operations Coordinator – Top 10 Advance!

We’re a fast-growing land investing company, and we need someone to bring structure and ---------- ntum to our operations. You’ll work directly with the owner, be involved in real deals, and help us scale. You’ll also support our rental property business as needed.

If you’re organized, proactive, and excited to use AI to solve problems and move faster — we’ll give you the tools and opportunity to grow. This role has the potential to become an Operations Manager position as we scale.


What You’ll Be Doing

- Bookkeeping — categorize expenses, reconcile accounts, keep clean financials in QuickBooks
- Transaction coordination — work with title companies, vendors, and county offices to keep deals moving
- Follow-up & accountability — make sure tasks and deadlines don’t slip across the team
- KPI tracking — build simple reports so we always know where things stand
- Research — find realtors, vendors, and service providers as needed
- CRM management — keep deal data accurate and organized
- Automation — use AI tools to eliminate repetitive work and improve efficiency

QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required if you’re willing to learn.

The Details

- Full-time, US business hours, remote
- Reports to the owner, working alongside our sales lead
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
