We are a growing real estate company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Assistant to support our acquisitions, marketing, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable using modern tools—especially AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to support lead generation and acquisitions
Edit and enhance property photos using AI-powered photo editing tools
Assist with contract drafting, review, and file organization
Perform skip tracing to locate property owners and verify contact information
Handle accurate data entry and database management (CRM, spreadsheets, and property records)
Assist with lead management and follow-up
Support marketing efforts and listing preparation
Complete additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the real estate industry
Knowledge of property acquisitions or real estate investing
Experience with marketing platforms or listing software
