Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in real estate media, photo editing, or professional photography QC
About the Position
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Media Quality Control Specialist to join our team.
This is not a basic virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of professional real estate photography, photo editing, AI-generated editing issues, and the standards expected when delivering images to real estate agents and clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to review completed real estate media and identify anything that looks incorrect, inconsistent, unnatural, or unprofessional before the client receives it.
You must have an excellent eye for detail and be able to identify problems that automated editing and AI tools can create.

* Identify inconsistent wall colors, flooring colors, lighting, exposure, white balance, and overall image appearance
* Catch AI editing mistakes and unnatural-looking modifications

* Identify objects that AI has incorrectly removed, added, duplicated, or altered
* Check for inconsistencies between multiple photos of the same property

* Work inside HDPhotoHub and Fotello
* Communicate issues with editors and help resolve problems efficiently

2. Investigate the possible cause
3. Attempt to solve it yourself
4. Use available resources and previous examples
5. Ask for help only when you have genuinely exhausted reasonable solutions
We do not want someone who constantly asks, “How do I do this?” or waits for someone else to tell them exactly what to do.
We want someone who can say:
“I noticed this issue, I figured out what caused it, and here’s how I recommend fixing it.”
You should be comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of your work.
