We're a real estate media company based in Texas, USA. We create professional listing photos, videos, and 3D tours that help real estate agents market their listings and win more business.
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Specialist to review and polish our media before delivery to clients.
Your role is to make sure every photo, video, and 3D tour meets our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Media Quality Control:
Review listing photos and videos before delivery
Ensure media meets HomeCapture quality standards
Identify issues and provide feedback to editors
Photo Editing:
Perform light edits when needed (color correction, retouching)
Maintain consistent color, exposure, and perspective
Matterport / 3D Tours:
Create highlight reels for Matterport tours
Review tours for accuracy and flow
Editing Coordination:
Select images for Day-to-Evening edits and Virtual Staging
Provide clear instructions to editors
Team Support:
Help maintain editing consistency across the team
Provide feedback when quality issues appear
Workflow Support:
Monitor HubSpot and OpenPhone for editing requests
Work with our team to improve editing workflows

Dropbox
Airtable
WhatsApp
Experience with real estate photo editing is strongly preferred.
Work Schedule:
Two schedule options:
Option 1 (Preferred)
Monday – Saturday
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
US Central Time
36 hours per week
Option 2
Tuesday – Saturday
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
US Central Time
30 hours per week
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience editing real estate photos
Has quality control / QA experience
Is extremely detail-oriented
Can communicate clearly with editors
Is organized and reliable
