JOB OVERVIEW

Elevare Creative is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Quality Control Coordinator to manage the post-production and delivery workflow for our real estate media.

This is not a photography position. Our photographers capture the properties, and most editing is handled through our editing systems and partners. Your responsibility is making sure every project is complete, polished, organized, and delivered to our clients at the highest standard.

You’ll be responsible for bringing together media from multiple platforms, checking everything for accuracy and quality, and making sure each client receives a complete final package on time.

If you enjoy creating organized workflows, catching small details others miss, and making sure everything is perfect before it reaches the client, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the workflow from the moment a photographer uploads their media until the client receives their final delivery.

Responsibilities include:

* Monitor incoming and active projects in Tonomo
* Verify photographers have uploaded all required files
* Perform quality control on all photos before delivery
* Make Photoshop edits when necessary, including removing distractions, straightening objects, fixing minor imperfections, replacing skies, and other retouching
* Organize, rename, and prepare final photo sets
* Maintain organized Dropbox folders and project files
* Retrieve completed media and assets from platforms such as Matterport, CubiCasa, and Zillow 3D Home
* Download and organize Matterport 3D Tour assets
* Retrieve CubiCasa floor plans and associated files
* Review and prepare Zillow 3D Home tours for delivery
* Build and complete Zillow Showcase listings through Aryeo, making sure all required media and listing assets are properly uploaded and organized
* Upload photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, and other media into Tonomo
* Verify every ordered service is completed before delivering a project
* Deliver completed projects to clients
* Handle client revision requests and make sure revisions are completed promptly
* Coordinate virtual staging orders and retrieve completed staged images
* Follow up with photographers or team members regarding missing files or incomplete projects
* Maintain delivery timelines and keep projects moving through the workflow
* Catch missing, incorrect, or low-quality media before it reaches the client
* Ensure every project meets Elevare Creative’s quality standards

Requirements

* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong organizational and file-management skills
* Experience using Adobe Photoshop
* Experience using Adobe Lightroom
* Comfortable performing photo retouching and corrections when needed
* Experience organizing and managing files in Dropbox
* Strong written English and communication skills
* Reliable internet connection
* Comfortable working across multiple software platforms
* Comfortable learning new software and workflows quickly
* Able to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
* Comfortable taking ownership of projects and identifying issues without needing constant supervision

Experience with real estate media workflows is strongly preferred but not required if you are highly organized and willing to learn.
