Real Estate Media Operations Coordinator (Virtual Assistant)
Kyriake Media — Remote, Philippines

THE ROLE
Kyriake Media is a real estate media business based in south-west and western Sydney, delivering photography, drone video, and cinematic content to real estate agents. We're growing fast and need someone who can be the connective tissue between our shooters, editors, and clients — so jobs move smoothly without the founder having to personally chase every update.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a dedicated operations coordinator role, not a general admin position. A year in, this person will be running the day-to-day job pipeline independently — chasing overdue tasks before they become problems, keeping shooters and editors accountable to deadlines, and giving the founder a clear, trustworthy picture of what's happening across every active job without needing to ask.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Follow up daily with shooters and editors on job status, deadlines, and deliverables — flagging anything at risk before it slips
- Own the job pipeline in our systems (Notion and Tonomo), keeping statuses accurate and current
- Act as the main point of contact between incoming jobs and the people delivering them
- Run quality-control checks on deliverables before they go to clients
- Track and remind the founder of outstanding tasks and follow-ups
- Coordinate basic client-facing scheduling (confirming shoot times, chasing missing property info)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:
- Experience working in real estate media, real estate photography, or a real estate virtual assistant role
- Strong written English and clear, proactive communication
- Comfortable following up with people directly rather than waiting to be asked for updates
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work core hours overlapping with Sydney business hours (AEST/AEDT)

Preferred (nice to have):
- Experience with Notion or similar project/task management tools
- Familiarity with real estate listing photo/video quality standards
- Prior experience supporting an Australian business

COMPENSATION
USD $800–$1100/month, based on experience. Full-time, remote.
