Real Estate Media Coordinator (ARINS Media)

DEPARTMENT: Project Coordination / Quality Control
HOURS: Starting at 20+ hours/week, with potential to grow into full-time
SCHEDULE: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–12:00 PM PST (9:00 PM–4:00 AM PHT)
PAY: $7–$8/hour, depending on experience and skill level
GROWTH: Opportunity to grow into a leadership role overseeing QC, delivery, and operations

About ARINS Media

ARINS Media is a growing real estate media company providing professional photography, video, 3D tours, and branding content.

We’re looking for a QC & Delivery Lead who can take ownership of our quality control and delivery process. This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable solving problems independently, and interested in growing with the company.

- What You’ll Do

* Quality-check real estate photos and other media before client delivery
* Make corrections using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
* Review automated/AI edits and catch issues before clients see them
* Review video deliverables as needed
* Manage project uploads and deliveries through Spiro and other platforms
* Handle revisions and follow projects through completion
* Help improve QC checklists, SOPs, and workflows
* Maintain organized files and project records
* Support project coordination and client communication as the role grows
* Ensure morning deliveries are completed by 9:00 AM PST

What We’re Looking For

- Required:

* Hands-on experience with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
* Excellent attention to detail and strong quality standards
* Strong written and spoken English
* Reliable availability during the required schedule
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines
* Comfortable learning new software, workflows, and AI tools
* Organized and able to manage files and multiple projects
* Open to feedback and continuous improvement

- Preferred:

* Real estate photo editing or media experience
* Photo/video quality control experience
* Experience with AI tools
* Familiarity with Spiro, ---------- , Dropbox, Slack, Loom, or similar platforms
* Client communication experience
* Experience creating SOPs or improving workflows
* Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut experience

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, curious, and detail-oriented. You should be comfortable identifying problems, researching solutions, and taking ownership without needing constant supervision.

Technical skills are important, but so are judgment, accountability, and willingness to learn.
