Night Media Manager

Company: Porchlight Media
Schedule: Evening / Night Shift (8pm EST - 1am EST)

About the Job

Porchlight Media is looking for an organized and reliable Night Media Manager.

You will help manage the work between our photographers and editing team each night. Your main job is to make sure every property is organized correctly and ready for our editors.

Main Responsibilities
Organize photos, videos, drone files, and other media from photographers.
Make sure all files have been uploaded.
Organize each property for the editing team.
Read photographer and client notes and make sure editors receive the correct instructions.
Review photos and choose the best angles.
Remove or flag duplicate, bad, or unnecessary photos.
Put photos in the correct order.
Make sure special editing requests are clearly explained to editors.
Check client emails for new requests or changes.
Contact photographers if files or information are missing.
Help editors with questions about each property.
Keep track of rush orders and important projects.
Make sure every property is organized and ready for editing before the end of the night.
What We Are Looking For
Very organized and detail-oriented.
Good written English.
Comfortable using computers and online software.
Able to manage many properties at the same time.
Good understanding of photography and which photos/angles look best.
Able to work independently and solve simple problems.
Reliable internet connection.
Experience with real estate photography or photo/video editing is a bonus.
Experience with HDPhotoHub is a bonus, but not required.
Main Goal

At the end of every night, all properties should be organized, all instructions should be clear, and everything should be ready for the editing team.
