ALANTE Real Estate is hiring a highly capable marketing professional to support our listing marketing efforts.

This is not a social media role.

The primary focus of this position is helping bring listings to market with excellence through strong marketing execution, polished design work, organized support, and smart use of AI tools that improve efficiency and elevate the quality of the work.

We are looking for someone who goes far beyond using ChatGPT to draft emails or write captions. The right person already understands how to use AI as a real business tool and knows how to create better systems, stronger workflows, better marketing, and time-saving solutions.

Responsibilities
Create polished listing marketing materials including brochures, feature sheets, presentations, and digital collateral
Support listing launch preparation and marketing execution
Create on-brand marketing pieces in Canva
Assist with listing blogs, property websites, and email marketing
Use AI tools to improve marketing workflows, efficiency, organization, and execution
Build, refine, and use custom GPTs or similar tools to support recurring business needs
Bring ideas that save time, improve consistency, and support a fast-moving real estate company
Qualifications
Real estate experience is required
Strong marketing skills are required
Strong Canva and marketing design skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong AI skills are required
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
Able to work independently, think critically, and take initiative
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
AI Skills Required

You should already have real hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM, Perplexity, custom GPTs, and other modern AI platforms.

We are looking for someone who knows how to use AI for:

workflow improvement
research and organization
process building
content support
operational efficiency
custom GPT creation and implementation

If your AI experience is limited to basic prompting, this is not the right fit.
