JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote
Salary: $800 – $1,200 USD / month (Full-Time)
Hours: 40 hours/week | EST Time zone (US Eastern Standard Time)

About Us
We are a high-performing US Residential Real Estate team dedicated to growing our reach and serving our clients. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and improving our social media presence, creating engaging video and graphic content, supporting digital advertising campaigns, and helping increase organic website traffic through SEO.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept → content creation → publishing → performance tracking.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Strong social media content creation skills.
Strong video editing skills.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong understanding of current social media trends.

Highly Preferred:

Experience with SEO and keyword research.
Experience with Google Ads.
Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads.
Experience in real estate, mortgage, or another lead-generation industry.
Experience with WordPress or other website platforms.
Experience with Google Analytics/Search Console.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Ability to work full-time aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
