Real Estate Marketing & Project Coordinator

We’re a dynamic real estate company based in Atlanta with over 20 years of experience — and we’re growing fast. Our ecosystem of businesses spans real estate brokerage, investment, property management, and renovations. We’re a small, ambitious team that works hard, moves fast, and celebrates wins together.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and growth-minded Real Estate Marketing & Project Coordinator to help turn our projects and daily operations into powerful marketing that brings in new business. If you love connecting ideas to results, building brand visibility online, and using smart marketing to generate real leads, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
- Social & Content: Build and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Design eye-catching content in Canva, edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok-style), and write engaging captions that reflect our voice and brand across multiple companies.
- Lead Generation: Be proactive in turning online conversations into opportunities. Connect with people in Facebook groups, reply to inquiries, and follow up on social leads to help grow our business.
- Project Execution: Work closely with our CEO and Operations Manager to bring marketing ideas to life. From concept to completion, help transform strategy into action and measurable results.
- Leverage AI & Tools: We believe in working smarter. Use AI tools for research, copywriting, and efficiency — blending technology with creativity to get things done efficiently.

The Details
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (EST business hours)
Pay: Starting at $4/hour, paid biweekly
Growth: This is a long-term position with room to grow in both responsibility and pay as we scale
