About Us
We are a growing Real Estate Membership and Co-Working space platform focused on supporting wholesalers, investors, and professionals in the industry. Through transactional funding options, affiliate partnerships, and exclusive vendor programs, we empower our members to achieve success. We’re looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant who can independently develop and implement marketing strategies, manage our affiliate/vendor programs, and oversee the digital aspects of our platform using Wix Enterprise and AI-assisted tools.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Creative Thinking
Proactively develop innovative marketing strategies, campaigns, and ideas without needing detailed instructions.
Identify and recommend new growth opportunities and best practices for member engagement.
Marketing & Communications
Create engaging
Coordinate content strategy with leadership, brainstorming original approaches for brand expansion.
Monitor and respond to inquiries, providing top-notch customer service.
Affiliate & Vendor Program Management
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with our platform’s mission.
Maintain and strengthen existing relationships by regularly updating partners on promotions, performance, and new offerings.
Analyze and report on affiliate/vendor performance, using data to optimize programs.
Real Estate Wholesaling & Transactional Funding Support
Demonstrate an understanding of real estate wholesaling principles, including property acquisition and contract negotiation.
Communicate effectively about transactional funding options and guide members through the process.
Update and maintain educational resources related to wholesaling and funding.
Wix Enterprise & AI-Assisted Tools
Utilize Wix Enterprise to manage, update, and optimize our membership site for a seamless user experience.
Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, content generators) to quickly produce high-quality marketing content, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and collaborate with support or developers when needed.
Administrative Support
Maintain CRM and membership databases with accurate, up-to-date information.
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, prepare presentations, and generate reports.
Offer general administrative assistance to the leadership team.
Qualifications
Real Estate Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with real estate wholesaling, including terminology (assignment contracts, ARVs, etc.) and transactional funding.
Marketing & Communication Skills: Proven track record in creating and executing content strategies, managing social media and
Tech Proficiency:
Wix Enterprise experience is a must; you should be confident in designing pages, updating content, and troubleshooting issues.
AI Tools: Comfortable using AI-assisted platforms to create copy, graphics, or other marketing materials quickly and effectively.
Creative & Independent Thinker: Able to develop strategies and solve problems proactively without needing constant direction.
Affiliate & Vendor Program Experience: Knowledgeable in setting up, growing, and maintaining affiliate and vendor relationships.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent Communication: Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Clear, concise, and professional communication style.
