Commercial Focused Real estate team at Keller Williams, we are hiring an experienced real estate MARKETING ASSISTANT! If you ARE AN EFFICIENT & EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE MARKETING PERSON, and you want to join a team who can maximum your opportunity to expanding your skillset, income with the task based working style, please contact us!

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPREICESED IS MOST PREFERRED!!
Tools we use daily: Costar; Crexi ; Build out; Realnex..Loopnet.
Files we prepared daily: LOI - PSA - NDA - Property Slide Intro


These will be your day-to-day & pay as you go tasks:

1.listing Marketing
create the flyer: listing “coming soon”, “just for sale” , " under contract", " just sold"
knows how to create a modern, simple and trendy design fits team's needs. and upload to all social media.

2. Video editing / content creating
creating the Facebook reel, shorts, and knows how to create the videos / shorts by the existing raw material.

3.Website Maintenance
• Wordpress website updates and maintenance for updating the feature properties, marketing trends articles, event updates...

4.Facebook campaigns•
knows how to create the paid campaign and generate the leads

5.Presentaion PPT / Slides creating
Sales and real estate project presentation making, slides creating.

6.Making the marketing portfolio on the subject property.

7.Other transaction related service experience is preferred.

We need someone who is knowledgeable with the following tools:
Canva / POWERPOINT
Mailchimp
video editing / background music add
Godaddy/Wordpress
Other backend tools and websites
