Entrepreneur & Real Estate Marketing Assistant

Are you ready to help grow a thriving real estate business and make a difference in the lives of clients? We're seeking a dedicated an Entreprenuer Assistant who is passionate about branding, social engagement, organization, and helping two businesses grow. Whether you have prior experience as a Real Estate Marketing Assistant, a Virtual Assistant for a real estate agent, or a virtual assistant for an entrepreneur or influencer, we want to hear from you. We will be interviewing 8 people with experience. People without any kind of direct experience need not to apply

About Zack Sperow

Zack Sperow is a top-producing realtor in California. He has created much of his success through social media and past client referrals. Zack started More Estates, 7 years ago, so that we could transfer into any real estate brand best suited for his Business at any given time, Right now his business is brokered through REAL. Additionally, Zack is an entrepreneur at heart and is starting another venture in the Travel space - this will be a tech company that serves others and has the ability to impact lives for the good worldwide. Zack is also a family man, a leader in his community, and is kind. But don't mistake his kindness for weakness. He means business and wants everyone around him to succeed and be intentional with their energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management (Brivity CRM experience is a plus):

Maintain update, and input client and business partner information in our CRM/database.
Set up clients on property drip campaigns.
Nurture leads through email blast and intentional email follow up.

Listing Marketing Management:

Create social media content for property listings.
Upload and manage listing videos on YouTube (draft captions, review with agent).
Send expert notes to showing agent, Collect and track showing feedback from agents.
Manage MLS listings: update statuses, price changes, and remarks as needed.

Social Media Management:
Create, Schedule and post approved content on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.. ( must know Canva )
Plan and create content calendars to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva or similar tools.
Digital Media & Marketing Materials
Create amazon store front and manage link tree for top results
Create and edit quality content for digital platforms.
Design digital and printable materials, such as flyers, business cards, brochures, and door hangers.
Send bi-monthly marketing emails to the database via Mailchimp.
Editing video and reels, caption

Administrative & Organizational Support:
Help the lead agent stay organized by managing their calendar and daily schedule.
Assist with prioritizing tasks and keeping projects on track.
Provide research up into different categories into the tech business - provide results with linked research information

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to Zack so he can have the greatest impact on most amount of people
Experience with social media management, content creation, and CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, You dont just check things off the checklist - you provide real workmandship to my team.
Ability to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Thursday, 10 AM - 6 PM.
Willingness to contribute 1-2 hours on weekends to prepare for the upcoming week.

Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with real estate platforms like Brivity, MLS, or similar tools.
Basic video editing skills and knowledge of SEO best practices.
