We are looking for a full-time Marketing & Admin Assistant to support a growing real estate team with marketing, social media, client communication, listing preparation, and administrative support. This is a long-term position with opportunity for growth.
Schedule & Pay:
Part Time - 25 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST
Starting pay: $7 per hour
Opportunity for raises based on performance
This role will support the team in several areas including marketing, content creation, client communication, client follow up, listing coordination, and general admin support.
The Marketing & Admin Assistant will help manage and improve online presence, assist with social media and video content, help create newsletters and marketing materials, and support ongoing communication with past clients and current clients.
This role will also assist behind the scenes with listing preparation, scheduling vendors, organizing files and paperwork, tracking signs and lockboxes, and helping keep transactions and projects organized and on schedule.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of marketing, administrative, and coordination tasks.
