We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a long-term Lead Manager to handle seller communication, follow-up, and appointment setting.
This role is critical to our business. You will be the first point of contact with motivated sellers and responsible for qualifying leads and setting appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with motivated seller leads (inbound and outbound)
- Build rapport and gather key information (condition, timeline, motivation, price)
- Qualify leads and update CRM daily (REsimpli or similar)
- Send and respond to SMS messages
- Set appointments for acquisitions manager
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads
Requirements:
- Experience working with U.S. real estate investors (wholesaling preferred)
- Strong cold calling and communication skills
- Fluent English with clear speaking voice
- Experience with CRM systems (Podio, REsimpli, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Preferred:
- Experience qualifying motivated sellers
- SMS follow-up experience
Compensation:
- $600–$1,000/month depending on experience
- Performance bonuses available

Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- U.S. business hours (EST)
