JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing roofing and restoration company in Colorado looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to build, clean, and maintain targeted homeowner lead lists for our outbound sales team.
This is NOT a cold calling position.

Your responsibility will be to make sure our cold callers are working from accurate, high-quality data instead of wasting time calling bad, duplicate, disconnected, or irrelevant numbers.
You will work primarily with PropStream and DealMachine to identify homeowners within specific geographic areas that we provide.

Responsibilities include:
• Building targeted homeowner lists using PropStream and DealMachine
• Searching specific neighborhoods, ZIP codes, addresses, and geographic target areas
• Identifying appropriate residential properties and property owners
• Skip tracing property owners to obtain contact information
• Cleaning and organizing raw lead data
• Removing duplicate records
• Identifying and removing obviously incorrect or unusable phone numbers
• Separating mobile, landline, and potentially invalid numbers when possible
• Cross-referencing records between multiple data sources
• Maintaining organized Google Sheets/CSV lead databases
• Tracking where each lead and phone number came from
• Preparing clean calling lists for a separate cold calling team

Accuracy is more important than simply producing a large number of records.
We recently tested outbound calling with lists where too many phone numbers were disconnected, invalid, or associated with the wrong person. The person hired for this position will be responsible for significantly improving the quality of the data before it ever reaches our callers.

Ideal candidate:
• Previous PropStream experience strongly preferred
• Previous DealMachine experience strongly preferred
• Experience with real estate lead generation or property research
• Experience with skip tracing and phone-number verification
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Understands deduplication and database cleanup
• Comfortable researching individual properties when information conflicts
• Able to follow detailed targeting criteria without adding irrelevant properties

Roofing experience is NOT required. Real estate/property-data experience is much more important.

Performance will be measured by:
• Percentage of records containing usable contact information
• Low duplicate rate
• Low wrong-number/disconnected-number rate
• Accuracy of property-owner information
• Ability to follow geographic/property targeting criteria
• Number of clean, call-ready records produced
