JOB OVERVIEW

Cash Offer Investment is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Admin VA with proven experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who understands paid lead generation, campaign optimization, and marketing KPI tracking. Real estate wholesaling or motivated seller marketing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads
Manage and optimize Google Ads
Generate motivated seller leads for wholesale and flip opportunities
Monitor ad spend and campaign performance
Track CPL, qualified leads, conversions, cost per contract, and ROI
Test audiences, creatives, copy, and campaigns
Maintain weekly marketing reports
Track lead sources accurately in our CRM
Assist with administrative tasks and company organization
Proactively identify what's working and what needs improvement
Requirements
Verifiable Meta/Facebook Ads experience REQUIRED
Verifiable Google Ads experience REQUIRED
Previous paid lead-generation experience
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs
Google Sheets/Excel and CRM experience
Excellent written English
Organized, dependable, analytical, and proactive
Real estate/wholesaling marketing experience is a PLUS
Must be available to work during agreed-upon hours between 9 AM–5 PM Central Time
