We are a U.S.-based real estate investment group looking for a top-tier cold caller who can consistently turn outbound calls into qualified seller leads and booked appointments. This will be long term position.
This role is for experienced professionals only. If you are used to reading scripts without understanding deals, this is not a fit.
We are building a serious acquisition pipeline, and your performance directly impacts revenue. Salary increases and bonuses based on performance are available for the right candidate.
What You Will Do
1. High-Volume Calling
• Call 120–250+ leads daily
• Speak with U.S. property owners (clear, professional English required)
• Handle objections confidently (price, timing, “not interested”)
2. Seller Qualification
You must identify:
• Motivation (why they would sell)
• Timeline (urgent vs long-term)
• Property condition
• Price expectations
3. Appointment Setting
• Book qualified appointments directly to our acquisition team
• Ensure high show rates through proper confirmation
4. GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Management
• Update pipeline stages accurately
• Add detailed notes after every call
• Trigger SMS/email follow-ups using GHL workflows
• Maintain clean data (this is critical)
5. Follow-Up
• Re-contact warm leads
• Convert “not now” into future opportunities
• Use calls, SMS, and voi
Requirements (Strict)
• Minimum 2 years real estate cold calling (U.S. market)
• Strong English communication (neutral accent preferred)
• Experience with:
o GoHighLevel (required)
o CRM pipelines + lead tracking
• Stable internet + quiet workspace
• Ability to work U.S. business hours
Compensation
• Competitive hourly base (based on experience)
• Top performers can significantly increase income through bonuses

Explain briefly:
1. How do you move a lead through a pipeline in GoHighLevel?
2. What actions do you take immediately after a call?
Part 4: Audio Submission
Record a 60–90 second sample call opening where you:
• Introduce yourself
• Engage the seller
• Ask your first qualification question
