Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to join our remote team. In this position, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential property sellers, qualifying leads, and providing detailed seller and property information to support the acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
-Initiate outbound calls to property sellers to identify acquisition opportunities.
-Qualify leads by collecting property details and understanding the seller’s motivations.
-Accurately document all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with the internal team to escalate qualified leads.
-Maintain a professional and empathetic tone throughout all interactions.
-Follow up with potential sellers to ensure continued engagement.
-Ensure all relevant property details are captured for the acquisition team’s review.
Required Skills
-Exceptional spoken English with a neutral accent.
-Ability to work effectively in a high-volume calling environment.
-Proficiency in CRM tools and phone management systems.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
-Previous experience in real estate cold calling or property acquisition.
