We're looking for a creative and dependable Real Estate Lead Generation & Social Media VA to help build one of the most recognized real estate brands in Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland.
Our goal isn't just to post on social media—we create educational, engaging, and entertaining content that attracts buyers and sellers, builds trust, and generates real estate leads.

Hours
Part-time (10–20 hours per week)
Monday–Friday
Must be available between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST/EDT)
What You'll Do:
Content Strategy
Research trending and viral real estate content
Brainstorm fresh, original content ideas that homeowners and buyers actually want to watch
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to create better content
Help plan and organize a monthly content calendar
Social Media Management
Schedule and publish content to Instagram,
Write engaging captions using ChatGPT and your own creativity
Design Canva graphics and carousel posts
Help repurpose long-form videos into short-form content
Upload and optimize YouTube and Instagram videos
Monitor comments and messages
Engage with followers to help build our online community
Growth & Lead Generation
Recommend ideas to increase engagement and reach
Identify content that attracts buyers and sellers
Track analytics and recommend improvements
Help turn social media engagement into qualified real estate leads
Administrative
Organize marketing files in Google Drive
Help maintain a content calendar
Keep projects organized and on schedule
Requirements
Fluent spoken and written English
Excellent communication skills
Reliable high-speed internet
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Self-motivated
Able to work independently
Comfortable learning new software
Positive attitude
Experience with Canva
Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools
Familiar with Instagram,
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience marketing for U.S. real estate professionals
Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
Understanding of YouTube SEO
Experience with Meta Business Suite
Understanding of Spanish (preferred)
Compensation
$4–6 USD/hour (depending on experience)
Performance review after 90 days
Performance bonuses
Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
