I’m looking for a highly skilled lead finder who knows how to identify profitable off-market real estate opportunities, connect with motivated sellers, and consistently bring deals with real closing potential. If you know how to find real opportunities and move conversations toward agreements, this can become a serious long-term income opportunity.
This is a performance-based opportunity with strong earning potential. You earn 40% of profit on every closed deal — the stronger the deal, the bigger the payout.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to find opportunities that investors actually want and can consistently deliver leads that make financial sense.
I handle the backend:I review deals, approve numbers, work the buyer side, and push deals to closing. Your focus is finding strong opportunities, opening conversations, and helping move serious sellers toward agreement.
Your responsibilities:
Find quality land deals, wholesale opportunities, or distressed property leads
Pull owner contact information
Reach out to motivated sellers
Identify seller motivation
Negotiate pricing when possible
Submit leads with investor-level profit potential
Support deal movement toward closing
