This role is best suited for someone who enjoys speaking with people and is confident on the phone.
We are looking for a reliable and proactive full-time assistant to help generate conversations and opportunities from an existing real estate database.
This is a long-term role for someone who is comfortable on the phone and wants to grow with a business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Call past clients and existing leads
- Have natural, conversational discussions
- Identify buying or selling opportunities
- Update CRM with clear and accurate notes
- Help clean and organize the database
Secondary Responsibilities
- Basic administrative support (file organization, data entry)
- Optional: assist with simple social media posting (training provided — not required)
What This Role Is NOT
This is not a design or marketing-heavy role.
The primary focus is calling and communication.

Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Real estate experience
- CRM experience
- Customer service or call center background
