We are a real estate investment company based in Jacksonville, FL (
You MUST be available during Eastern Standard Time business hours (9am–5pm EST, Monday–Friday).
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to motivated sellers and probate heirs using Kixie dialer
- Skip trace leads to find accurate contact information
- Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and
- Update lead statuses and notes in the CRM after every interaction
- Book seller appointments and manage pipeline
- Report daily call activity and outcomes
Requirements:
- Experience using Kixie dialer (preferred)
- Experience using REI Reply (also known as Go High Level / GHL) or similar CRM (preferred)
- General CRM experience expected
- Excellent spoken English — clear, professional, and confident on the phone
- Probate or real estate investing experience is a MAJOR plus
- Available EST business hours, full time
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
- This must be your primary or only job
Compensation:
- Base pay: $4–$6/hr based on experience
- $100 bonus per closed deal on any lead you generated
- Performance bonuses for appointments set
- Hourly rate increases with proven performance
This role rewards people who show up, work hard, and produce results. If you are looking for a long-term position where your income grows with your performance, this is it. If you can perform at a high level then this is the job for you. A good closer can easily make 3-5 sales a smonth.
This position requires the use of Hubstaff time tracking software, which includes random screenshots and activity monitoring throughout your shift. You must be comfortable being monitored while working. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not apply.
