We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist our real estate team on the sales and lead conversion side of the business. This role focuses on lead follow-up, CRM management, and opportunity tracking, helping our team stay organized and ensuring no potential client falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Add new leads into the CRM and maintain accurate records
• Update lead status and track opportunities
• Monitor follow-up timelines and ensure consistent communication
• Assist with lead nurturing campaigns
• Track and report weekly lead activity and conversions
• Identify engaged prospects and notify the sales team
• Use AI tools to assist with communication, organization, and efficiency
Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable speaking with leads by phone when needed
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-up and task management skills
• Experience using CRM systems (or ability to learn quickly)
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Able to work during U.S. business hours (or overlap)
• Proactive and able to follow structured processes
Preferred (Not Required)
• Real estate experience
• Inside sales or lead generation experience
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
