As we grow, we're looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our acquisitions team and be on the front lines of building our deal pipeline.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a high-impact, high-activity role where you will be the first point of contact between Cedarbrook Homes and the market. You'll spend your days connecting with real estate agents, responding to inbound seller leads, and building the relationships that fuel our acquisitions pipeline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cold Outreach & Agent Networking
Cold call real estate agents daily to prospect for off-market and on-market opportunities
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with agents to generate consistent deal flow
Communicate our buying criteria clearly and professionally to agent partners
Track and follow up with agent contacts to stay top of mind
Inbound Lead Handling
Answer and manage inbound calls from motivated sellers
Qualify leads using a structured script and intake process
Gather property details, seller motivation, and timeline information
Apply a basic understanding of fix and flip valuation — including ARV, repair costs, and investor margins — to assess lead quality and flag motivated seller situations
Warm-transfer or log qualified leads for the acquisitions team
Lead Follow-Up
Follow up on leads generated through direct mail, digital ads, and other marketing channels
Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence to convert cold leads into appointments
Update CRM records accurately after every touchpoint
Communication & Reporting
Log all calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM daily (we use REsimpli, Follow Up Boss, Trello, and Google Docs)
Report on daily call volume, contact rates, and lead quality
Communicate clearly with the acquisitions team on hot leads and urgent follow-ups
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
1–3+ years of experience in a calling, sales, or customer-facing role
Experience in real estate, wholesaling, or a service-based business is a strong plus
Basic understanding of fix and flip investing — ARV, rehab costs, the 70% rule, and how investors evaluate deals
Comfort with high call volume and scripted outreach
Hands-on experience with REsimpli, Follow Up Boss, Trello, and/or Google Docs
Experience working remotely with a U.S.-based team is a plus
Excellent spoken English and professional phone presence
