We’re looking for a highly driven, persuasive, and coachable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our top-performing real estate team.

This is a remote, full-time role (Philippines-based, AZ hours) where you’ll nurture warm inbound/outbound leads, set high-quality appointments, and contribute directly to the success of one of the nation’s top-ranked real estate networks.

? Key Responsibilities
Qualify outbound buyer and seller leads via cold-calling and outbound prospecting
Set appointments for U.S.-based agents across multiple markets
Consistently follow up with leads not yet ready to transact
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records (Follow Up Boss required)
Collaborate with sales agents in daily huddles and training sessions
Monitor and achieve key performance metrics (contacts, conversions, appointments)
Seek out new business opportunities within assigned territories

? Requirements
2+ years of Inside Sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience in real estate industry
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Confident with outbound calls, objection handling, and high-volume lead follow-up
CRM experience required (Follow Up Boss)
Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
Reliable remote setup: dual monitors, USB headset, fiber internet + backup power/internet
Willing to work AZ/CO hours (night shift in PH)
Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly coachable

? Compensation & Incentives
Initial 3-week paid trial at $6.00/hour
Upon successful completion of the trial, compensation will be $8.00–$11.00 USD/hour, based on experience
$10 bonus per attended appointment
$20.00 and up bonus earned per closed deal influenced (based on closing $ earned by company)
Performance-based incentives and quarterly recognition
