About Us:
The Slavis Group is a fast-growing real estate team based in the United States (Washington, DC). We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team and help convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for our agents.
This role is focused on lead follow-up, outbound calling, and appointment setting using our CRM and dialer system.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to real estate leads
- Qualify buyers and sellers through phone conversations
- Set appointments for real estate agents
- Follow up consistently with internet leads and existing contacts
- Manage and update lead information in our CRM (FollowUpBoss)
- Use our integrated dialer to make high-volume calls
- Track conversations, notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM
- Nurture leads who are not yet ready to transact
- Maintain consistent communication with the team regarding lead progress
Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a Real Estate ISA
- Online sales experience
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Experience using a CRM (FollowUpBoss experience is a plus)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups
- Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
