I run a real estate marketing agency that helps agents across the US & Canada get high-quality leads. I'm now looking for an experienced, native-English speaking Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join the team and help call, qualify, and book appointments with those leads.

If you're a strong communicator, experienced in real estate, and want a long-term opportunity to grow with a company - this might be for you.

The Role:
- 100% Remote / Work from Home
- Call and text inbound buyer/seller leads
- Pre-qualify leads using a provided script
- Book appointments directly into clients’ calendars
- Follow up with unresponsive leads
- Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects and clients

What we're Looking For:
- 2+ years experience as an ISA, appointment setter, or similar sales role (real estate preferred)
- Fluent English speaker with a clear American or neutral accent
- Strong objection-handling skills and confidence on the phone
- Detail-oriented and comfortable updating CRMs, spreadsheets, etc.
- Familiar with tools like GoHighLevel & Google Sheets
- Coachable, communicative, and reliable
- Available during US hours (5-7 days a week)

Tech Requirements:
- Computer with 6GB+ RAM
- Stable internet (20mbps+)
- Quality headset
- Quiet work environment

Compensation:
- Fully performance based + bonuses
- Top performers earn $500+ per week
